First started attending Pilates at Back to Basics during my pregnancy. Michelle and her team always made sure that I am safe and comfortable while still getting in much needed preggy-cise(🤰🏼). After my son was born we both attended Baby Pilates - which is just an awesome way for mom to get out of the house, start working on getting back pre-pregnancy strength and tone while baby is in the studio either engaging in exercise or mingling with new baby friends. I have also become a personal training client and it has been the best decision. Michelle is amazing at working out a personalized solution for your needs and her focus is helping you build a stronger and healthier you! Michelle and her team don’t just teach Pilates, they teach how to build a new relationship with your own body and discover love and appreciation for your body’s capabilities and strengths.

This is not a studio dancing with ribbons and hulla hoops. This is a studio dedicated to making you the best you possible. Exceptional knowledge of anatomy and in so doing help in your posture, trimming the "edges off" and generally leave you after your session ready to face whatever comes. Gorgeous atmosphere and best vibe ever. Thanks guys.

Although online lessons have their place, I have really enjoyed getting back into a small studio and doing Pilates. Even on days where I have had to drag myself into studio, I have always left feeling better and ready to face the day!Thank you to Michelle and the team for well prepared classes, experienced advise and for caring about my hip flexors so much! You have created a relaxed environment where I feel comfortable enough to try, make mistakes and learn.

Tried the new 'Zumba with David' classes and had a blast!Not being any good at dancing myself, it didn't matter since the moves are fun to try and easy to learn, but most of all a thorough, full-body workout.Will definitely be going back for more!!

Back to Basics is the best! The classes are small and intimate. Hannah and Megan are great instructors. They are professional and experienced. Individual care is provided where needed. Their skills are off the charts. Thanks for a great workout every week!
