Physiotherapy treatment is available at the practice at R420.00 per session (approx 30 – 45 mins).  The practice is registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders and all Medical Aids.

Please pay us in cash/EFT and we will give you a statement to claim back from your Medical Aid.

Rehab and recovery equipment is also available (on order) at the studio including mats, gym balls, reuseable ice and
heat packs, cushions, braces and supports at reasonable prices.

Physiotherapist

Katherine Tait: BSc (hons) Physiotherapy. University of East London, UK. 2001

Kate received her honors degree in 2001 from the University of East London, London UK.

She worked in London hospitals rotating in all areas of physiotherapy including: outpatients musculoskeletal, medical, surgical, ITU, orthopaedics, amputees, neurosurgery and stroke rehab, and working in the community before becoming a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in orthopaedics (in and outpatients) and amputees.

After moving to South Africa in 2006, she completed the South African physiotherapy conversion process with her 2 year community service and now has her own practice in Table View.

Post grad courses: dry needling, Bobath neurological rehabilitation, modified pilates, HIV management, wheelchair prescription, shoulder rehabilitation, pain management, fibromyalgia, osteopathic manipulation, gyrokinesis.
