In the wake of the femicide epidemic that is plaguing South Africa, Kyle KC Pretorius started a self defense course to empower woman.
Teaching woman to become proficient in self defense. (4 week course, 1 lesson per week).

At Back to Basics we offer a holistic range of services including group/and or private pilates,rehabilitation pilates, preggy pilates, mommy and baby classes, back to be me (youth classes), yoga and personal training.

All ages and abilities welcome. The Back to Basics team are a highly trained and experienced team of Instructors. Furthermore, they are here to ensure your total well being.

Our studio is conveniently located in College House, Unit 2 Village Place, Parklands. (Around the corner from Parklands Spar and Intercare)
